I'm sorry, but I lol'd. Not at your pain (honest!), but I have the same reaction to the "MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN". Thankfully my dad would never think to watch Two and a half men, and my mom hates Charlie Sheen so it's out of the question for her too. Heh.

But I agree with the anon, you need some headphones! Or maybe to leave the room when it's on, if you have anything else you could be doing.

IT'S JUST SUCH A STUPID SOUND AGHHHHH.

Oh I know, usually I just use headphones but mine just broke so I don't have any atm. :c And my house travels sound SO MUCH that I am in another room with the door closed and I can hear every single word. I guess it doesn't help that they listed to the TV at blasting. It hurts my ears and I'm not even in the same room... just ridiculous.

Gah, that sounds like a pain in the ass. No one should have their TV up that loud! (IT'S BAD FOR YOUR EARS, GUYS!)

I suppose you could just say the noise is bothering you, but I imagine you've already tried that. Def get another pair of headphones as soon as possible, and until then...maybe try spending more time outside? (lmao, I would never, so IDK why I'm suggesting this...)
