This is true of almost all of the comms like that. ffrants, bad_rpers_suck, stupid_free, fandom_wank, etc. They used to actually be funny, but they've turned into police states where people are so careful about only posting things that are "politically correct" that what ends up being posted just isn't funny anymore.

And if someone says one thing wrong, they'll get dogpiled in the comments. It's not about laughing at funny things anymore, now it's just about showing off for SJW cred.

I never noticed fandom_wank going hyper SJW, just extremely boring and near-dead. There's gotta be better wank around, it cannot be that fandom had a golden age of wank and now it's gone...
