In the summer, I wear shorts and a loose t-shirt. When it's cold, I wear sweats. When the weather is sort of in-between, I'll wear sweatpants and a t-shirt.

If it's even a little chilly, I usually have to wear socks. My feet get cold easily, and sometimes socks are the one thing that determines if I'm warm enough or not. Sometimes I'll even wear slipper socks over my socks in the winter.
