Re: What is your favorite food that is native to your region?
(Anonymous) 2013-01-20 10:38 pm (UTC)(link)Well, my region's native food is mainly made of nuts and mushrooms. For a quick fix though, it's hard to choose, but I'll go with tourtous. They're crepes made with buckwheat, I eat them with sugar, jam or rillettes. You can use them to sop up sauce in your plate instead of using bread. Basically, anything goes.
My all-time favorite meal is salted pork with boiled bread ("mique").
