It's never really had a centralized location that I've found. Just gotta look for fan stuff :/. ff.net's section is decent, dA has some art, tumblr of course is seeing a bit of action (though I don't like that site, so), and there are more cosplayers now than there have been in years past. I was pretty active in the fandom about four years ago, then I took a break and am only just now really getting back into it, so I'm still trying to find where everyone's gotten to in that time myself.
