Agreed. They don't exactly end S2 in a puppy pile, not to mention the Stiles thing. I also saw a lot of fandom stuff before watching the show, and I was absolutely baffled by this. Especially the Stiles-is-pack-mom thing. He was kidnapped and tortured for most of the last episode and people *barely noticed.* Perhaps that's a bit harsh, but seriously. It is true that most of the werewolves are unlikely to take on Stiles as part of the pack (esp since legit Scott is the only one with a tie to him), but moreover why on earth would Stiles want that?
