LOLOL. I read the fic before watching the show as well. I think I spent the first episodes of the show thinking "What the hell was fandom on?" I totally thought Jackson was blond, Lydia had flaming red hair, Stiles was the main character, and I had a really odd mental vision of Derek as a creepy, dirty old man. I don't mind too much about Derek since canon-him is a hell of a lot more eyecandy than I was expecting.
