If you don't find it adorable...alright, but I have to strongly disagree!

Plus the Legolas/Gimli relationship is so sweet and fascinating; it's easily one of my favorite parts of the books. They will forever be my OTP!

LeGimli was wonderful in the books. In the movies it looked more like Asterix & Obelix to me ;)

They certainly have a different bond in the movies, and while I don't enjoy it as much as the book version I still ship them.

Book Legolas/Gimli will always be my favorite though, yes. (A good bit of fanfic tends to be more a combination of book and movieverse.)

I love them together as well <3 And Gimli is adorbs.

Their teasing (in books and movie) and all around friendship is just so amazing. It always makes me smile.
