(Anonymous) 2013-01-27 10:17 pm (UTC)(link)I really don't understand the appeal of RPF at all. Celebrities are pretty to look at and everything (and I won't deny I have posters of them in my room), but I don't have an emotional attachment to them like I do the characters they play.
With characters, you seem them at their best, their worst, their saddest, their happiest, and everything in between. With celebs, you just get a public persona.
