Tumblr's style may not be for everyone.

It's okay to not like tumblr and not care to put in extra effort to get something out of it, especially if it isn't designed for discussions of meta, or long chats about rl, projects, etc.

I totally agree with this comment - I don't like Tumblr much at all - but I don't think that gives you an excuse to complain because other people spend time there when you wish they would be doing something else.

Definitely agree with that. You can't make or obligate anyone to like or stay in a place they don't want to be.
