In The Sontaran Stratagem, when Donna says she wants to go home, and Ten thinks it's permanent and gives this big long rambling speech about how great she is and how much he enjoyed being with her and how much he'll miss her, then finally realizes that she means she wants to visit home and come right back. And she goes "Dumbo! Great. Big. Outer space. Dunce!" Sums them up so perfectly.
