Eh. I live in an area where the worst sort of people are breeding like rabbits, neglecting said children, stealing, doing drugs, etc., and generally ruining the world, while the responsible members of society wait to have children (if they have children at all). It's anecdotal but I found this movie and the idea that the worst people will out-breed the useful people pretty horrifying for the same reasons.

Nope. Just the families in my area. (If I don't know them personally, the frequent meth busts, CPS cars, and news reports are pretty telling.) Some people are irresponsible degenerates and do the world a disservice by breeding, simply put. (Not all people, but some.) If you prefer to think the world is a lovely place where every individual has some beauty and goodness in them, more power to you. But I can't be that optimistic.
