Yup. I love that type of character. I'm a sucker for anything dealing with identity and sense of self. It's one of the reasons I really liked 7of9 from ST:Voyager, the idea of her dealing with her human vs Borg self.

Yes, exactly! I wasn't going to go into it, but, yeah, while I like the idea of one more than one consciousness in one body, I also like the idea of several consciousnesses in one body (i.e., literal hive minds). The whole idea of individuality being subverted, and how someone would deal with it, is just really interesting.
