I love when people who surf the Web and access the internet talk about language as if words and their meanings are set in stone and new words are never invented.

We had to create new words for new concepts such as the internet because before that time, we didn't have words to describe using that which was not yet invented. There's no need to rename ethnicities, pronouns, or anything that already exists and has been identified. It's like if we suddenly decided to change January to Flebnorp. What's the point?
