Where did case say anything about banning? It sounds like you just a hate-on. If you think his behavior is bad, I wonder what kind of utopian forums or fandom spaces you frequent. People say way worse things in a non-sarcastic manner even here.

I think it was the one before the lesbian one where insanenoodlyguy said something about rape and death. Case froze the thread, someone asked case in the first thread why he wasn't banned. Case said he got an apology from insanenoodlyguy in a pm because the thread was frozen. Case also said he sent a warning to him and will ban him if he does it again.

Since then it has been anons bringing it up, not insanenoodlyguy.

I'm not saying his comment was in good taste (though, if you pay attention to other parts of the board you'd know that it was reference to something he was streaming that week and not completely random), but jokes about horrible things are completely normal. Rape jokes, dead baby jokes, you name it. It happens; everyone does it. Get over it.
