I more like the banner/hulk type of duality where one sort of forcibly takes over sometimes.

since we're mentioning examples:
The BBC 6-episode series Jekyll was a modern-day version. though the two guys mostly interact via messages left for each other, recordings etc, rarely talking directly. I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for? anyway it's got a lot of james nesbitt making strange faces.

Yeah, those can be fun. Though most of the ones I can think of are more a case of the change not always be under the control of EITHER personality. For example, in Monster High, Jackson turns into Holt when he hears music, while having the music turned off (or him moving far enough away to not hear it anymore) changes Holt into Jackson. They do have some control over it, of course (well, once they figure out it's happening); for example Holt usually wears headphones which play music, keeping him from changing into Jackson, and Jackson can cover his ears, or move away if music starts playing. However, I can think of at least two cases of each of them changing without wanting to.

I've heard of Jekyll; I should probably check it out.

Also, why "guiltily"? I'm not sure why you would feel guilty about this kink. (-:
