FTR, to me a britaboo is the kind of person who ardently believes that British things are always better and that British TV is just ~so much better~ than American TV.

Also, I tend to find that most self-described "anglophiles" have a pretty limited view of the UK and it's kind of weird to declare oneself a fan of a particular country's culture when you only are familiar with a very small part of it. It'd be like if someone called themselves an "Americaphile" but was only interested in LA and New York and like Gossip Girl and The Hills.
