From Cabin Pressure, the two characters I ship are Carolyn Knapp-Shappey and Hercules Shipwright. They even address in the show how ridiculous it would be for them to get married, as her last name would be Knapp-Shappey-Shipwright ("Yes, it does sound like a soft shoe shuffle.")

The best ship name I have seen for them is KnappShappShip :D
