But like 90% of them are for anime. Usually anime with ninjas or samurai.

Obviously Bartlet fits the song "Handlebars" by the Flobots to a tee. However, I bet you didn't know that the footage of a show that's 95% talking like The West Wing can make for a damn good fanvid of it too.
