Yeah. I would have been all for putting him down when he was a threat but after she manipulated him he started crying and relented the gun. She could have easily called the police at the minimum.

Y'all are crazy. After what he did to those dumb kids in the ruins of Briarcliff, he needed to be put down like a dog.

What you mean the guy from Maroon 5? He was doing us a favor.

LMAO

Did we watch the same show? He brutally killed the "therapist" after he opened up to her. We assume he did the same to the prostitute after he opened up to her. You think because he gave up the gun and cried that he wasn't going to whiplash into a rage and kill Lana too? They took pains to establish a pattern to his treatment of mommy figures, and it doesn't matter if SHE knew about it; WE did.

She had the gun. If he tried anything she could have easily shot him. But he didn't.

I assume that's what you'd do if someone who explicitly told you he was there to MURDER YOU became vulnerable. You would just trust he wouldn't change his mind and attack [it's possible w/o a gun!] and hope the cops got there in time, eh?

. . . Are you Buffy, anon?

If he starts to attack you can pull the trigger.

(Anonymous) 2013-02-09 09:14 am (UTC)(link)
If he starts to attack he turns into a moving target, that alone is enough to make you miss even without your reflexes kicking in late because reaction needs time.
