I had the same thing happen to me once! I was having a panic attack (which for me used to consist of just feeling very faint and unable to breathe), and I passed out and had a mild seizure just like that. My regular doctor told me it was probably from lack of oxygen to the brain, I think they are called "hypoxic" seizures. They aren't caused by anything neurological, it's just a normal response your body sometimes has to a lack of oxygen in the brain, so nothing to worry about! :D

Yup! I think this is the second or third time for me with these, and I'm fine. No brain lesions or anything.

I think it has something to do with the stress response. Your body thinks you need to run away, and your heart rate gets fast, and dumps a lot of blood into your legs. Unfortunately, this robs the brain, and causes people to pass out.

I'm glad you turned out to be fine, and it's really good to talk to someone else who had the same thing happen to them. I know from talking to my doctor that I'm okay and don't have to worry about my neurological health, but it helps to talk to someone else. So I just wanted to let you know you're not alone!
