We'll be lucky if anyone gets out of Spartacus alive. I love the show and the characters and it's inevitable and that's fine, but I'm not happy about it either. (This show is so painful, arg.)

As for Sam and Dean, I've always hoped they either die together or live together. Just...whatever it is, together. (I realize this is probably an unpopular opinion, but eh. I like their freakishly co-dependent relationship and would find that type of ending most satisfying.)

I read a really good fanfiction where Naevia gets out of it alive. It was actually pretty much everything I wanted out of the Spartacus ending.

...by which I mean that I think everyone is going to die in the actual show, and I'm not a fan of the idea. I just want one surviving, named character--just one, and I will be happy. :(

I'm pretty much the same, yea. Just one or two of the main characters surviving would make me ecstatic, but I won't hold my breath. At one time I even would've bet Naevia would survive too, but...I don't have a good feeling about that now. MAYBE Gannicus could? Not sure...

This season of Spartacus is going to DESTROY me :(

I just hope ONE of the main rebels gets out alive. IDEC who at this point, as long as it's someone we recognize and not just random background person. Naevia would probably be my first choice, followed by Nasir. And I'd love it if the person who helped them escape was Laeta, the awesome new Roman woman :)

IDEK who I want to survive at this point. I'm so torn. If you had asked me last season or even earlier this season I probably would've said Naevia and Nasir too, but now I can't imagine them living on instead of dying in battle with Crixus and Agron. I suppose Spartacus could order them to leave, and I could imagine Nasir following that order (while hating it), but Naevia? IDK...

What I'd really like is one of the COUPLES to live, but again, ain't no way I believe that will happen.

And I'm liking Laeta too! I'm glad someone else does because I don't see much love for her around tumblr.

Yeah, I'm the same with Nasir and Naevia. Obviously I'd love them to live because they are my bbs but I don't know that they'd WANT to live without Agron and Crixus. I've seen some people speculate that maybe Naevia is pregnant/will be pregnant so she'll leave in order to protect the baby but I don't know that I see the writers going in that direction. I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see all 4 of them dying within the same episode/same battle. Though again...obviously it'd be better if they didn't.


As far as the couples go...I suppose it's possible Nasir and Agron could both live but I don't think it's likely. Agron would never leave Spartacus' side and Nasir would never leave Agron so unless they're lucky enough to survive the final battle and escape (rather than living and being captured)...I whole-heartedly believe all of those characters would take their own lives before being enslaved again so I don't even know that surviving the final battle would keep them alive.

Yea, that's my problem with it. As much as I love them as characters, if they would be miserable living without their significant others then I think I'd rather they die with them. I keep imagining scenarios where they die together; I'd prefer that to say, Crixus or Agron dying one episode and Naevia or Nasir the next. It would be excruciating to see their grief for any extended period of time.

IDK about Naevia being pregnant, but...it COULD happen. At this point I would be more fearful of that than anything, because I wouldn't put it past the show to have her become pregnant then die while trying to flee battle.

Agreed about the couples. I just don't see it happening; it's not realistic considering what goes on in the show on a regular basis. Or to the characters themselves. Which sucks and is going to be painful as shit, but...it is what is is.

Me too. No other show makes me so fearful for my favorite characters. (THEY'RE CONSTANTLY DYING and since it's following history the ending is going to be devastating.)
