Yes, because your 'jw' was clearly also an honest question.

Do you have some kind of source that says victims of fraud are disbelieved on anything close to the same scale as rape victims are? Or that fraud goes unprosecuted to the same extent? Or that fraud victims are discouraged from seeking punishment?
