I forgot how childish adults in the working world could be
You would've thought she'd have straightened up after getting moved from her original job because she couldn't work with her team there, and literally got more complaints then the rest of the team combined (it's a twenty person team).
Or perhaps when even down in the new very limited customer facing role she still manages to get more complaints then the rest of the team combined, and has multiple people who can't be assigned the same shift as her.
But apparently not. Sort of amazed she hasn't been fired.

and sadly, the whole "people not being fired when they should have gotten the sack YEARS ago" is not uncommon.
