Mostly because I'm an idiot, partly because I'm a very timid person.

Too busy getting a degree at the moment, don't know anyone I'd actually want to date, and I'm terribly awkward at romance and tend to run in the opposite direction as soon as someone gets too 'clingy'.

Mostly because I'm a fat white queer foreign woman who lives in Japan. None of these things are conducive to a relationship here.

Because if I'm not working, I'm on the computer being a loner. Also, I'm scared of social gatherings where I don't know people unless it's my close friends which kinda kills my chances of dating. Yeaaaa

I guess I could have not been single but it seems that only guys that I'm not attracted to are attracted to me which fucking sucks. URGH.

Lack of interest.

Because I've always been happiest alone and will continue being single for the rest of my life.

I don't really want to have sex and I definitely don't want to date anyone.

Commitment issues. And I rarely fall for people in the first place, I'm very picky.

mostly because I am waaaay too lazy to put forth enough effort to be in a relationship. And because I don't want to have sex, and I'm not particularly attractive or wealthy so... there's really no benefit to dating me lol

Asexual. Haven't met a lot of people who have patience with that whole thing.

Because I'm grey-asexual and grey-romantic. Only ever experienced any sort of more-than-aesthetic attraction to two people, and not really interested in either of them anymore.

Because I'm happy this way and pursue sex when I want it, minus the relationship bit. I just can't imagine ever wanting to see someone everyday, much less share a space with them (I'm very private and a serious loner.)

Frankly, here are lots of reasons, all of them of my own choosing. :) I stopped finding V-Day depressing after a little self-discovery in college.

Because I'm a highly territorial intravert, and I'm not interested in being more than BFFs with anyone.

Because the last few guys I dated put me off the whole scene for a while.

Also I don't really do the whole romance thing and, despite what society tries to tell you about men, a huge percentage of them actually do really love the whole hearts and flowers song and dance and get put off when you don't. Worse, they lie about it, so I've been fooled before.

Because I'm not interested in more than FWB right but the last few guys I've had that arrangement with fell in love with me and when I didn't return their feelings I felt terrible :/
