This is going to sound completely off the wall, but does anyone know of any good image hosting site APIs? I just need something that lets me search by tag and lets me track the time it was uploaded. I've been trying to use Flickr's API, but it keeps messing up the upload dates. Google's Picasa API only records time an image was taken/created, not when it was uploaded. Tumblr could work, but there's no way to limit general searches to just photo posts...

Any help or point in a good direction would be appreciated.

There are tools for limiting tumblr searches to photo posts. That is probably you're best bet.
