Re: Drinky Drinks
I'm trying to do juice only once in the a.m. and once in the evening since it has a *lot* of sugar, so i brush my teeth right after eating so only water tastes good.
All 'power drinks', things like 'Crystal Light' and other such stuff taste like sugar water and chemicals to me, and i can't stand them.
Oh and! In the summer particularly, I like my water with a slice of lemon (lightly squeezed) and some slightly bruised fresh mint (it grows all over our yard). Very refreshing and different.
