I think this might be it. I mean I don't know how many Hetalia fans I've come across that are pretty embarrassing Britaboos. Since the cast is international you get... boos (lol) of all types.

That being said most APH fans aren't really like that, and wtf at the picture OP used. They're not really doing anything bad/wrong there.

Eeeeh, you'd have to go pretty deep down the rabbit hole to call them weeaboos. I mean, you could have a case of embracing Japan's casual racism and sicky-sweet-smiley "We just mean it in fun, you sub-human foreigners" thing, but most Weeaboos don't like to address that part of Japanese culture.
