The important ones? Dany and Cersei are victims of the "my wife is obligated to have sex with me whenever I want" mentality. Tyrion's wife is gang-raped. Those are the only ones I can remember.

There are quite a few minor characters who get raped though, and a lot of casual mention of women being raped in the background...for example, when Arya is taken prisoner with a bunch of people, and their captors take the young women off into the bushes at night.

And EVERYTHING the Mountain does is full of raping.

Okay, I'm currently up to book four and just off the top of my head:

Tysha (Tyrion's past, gangrape, makes no mention of names of primary rapists)

Dothraki (during pillaging, multiple mentions of it, Dany tries to stop them - fails to stop them in the case of the Priestess; hence the entire stillborn child scenario)
Rorge (threatens to rape Arya while she's travelling with the Night's Watch out of the city, attempts the rape of Brienne later)
Gregor Clegane (rapes a woman every night while Arya is captured by his men, confesses to the rape and murder of Princess Elia)
Joffrey (threatens to rape Sansa multiple times during book 3)
Sandor Clegane (tells Arya that he should have raped Sansa when he had the chance)
Vargo Hoat (also attempts to rape Brienne)
Crowd in King's Landing (gangrapes Lollys Stokeworth, is implied that she was passed around the city)

And this is just named characters. Beyond that there are countless instances of casual mentions that someone has been raped/is being raped in passing. Especially in post-battle scenes.

I'm sure there are many more that I'm just forgetting, too.
