Because realistic condom use is sexy to me? I like porn that has those little personal touches, maybe some fumbling, little slip ups happening that aren't strictly sexy but make the whole scene rounder and more real.

And also, not all of us just write one shot porn. Sometimes we like following a relationship from its beginning up to the point where they feel close enough/trusted enough to forgo condoms. Sometimes the very condom itself is the plot point (like, in the case of broken condom = pregnancy scare fic).

Also, lets be fair. Fucking without a condom is a dumbass move. Most of the characters I like are not dumbasses. So if they are from a canon (or an AU) that is a realistic depiction of our current world, then yes, i want them using condoms if they have a first hook-up. Cause else I can't enjoy the hot porn cause I am sitting there wondering what happened to normally competent Sally or Stu or whoever.
