OT but I don't think of myself as a person who believes in ghosts... until I'm alone at night. Then I want to donate all my money to ghostbusting researchers. The difference is I don't actually follow through on that urge.

Don't. The ghostbusters just use that money to seed ghosts around the country so more people will donate.

Instead use the money to buy marshmallows and lay them around the perimeter. Any passer-by ghosts will think they are tiny ghost poops and assume you already have an infestation and will pass your place right by in favor of a nice home where people will believe ghost semen is just ectoplasm.
