My concern would be the possibilities of other issues from barebacking, especially in Sterek fic. Having come stay in a human's ass for a long time? Or dicks going from ass to mouth? All kind of unsanitary conditions there - might not affect the wolf, but could probably effect the human. I will admit, TW is not a fandom where I balk at lack of condom use, but other fandoms? Yeah.

I'm talking about lack of sanitary conditions - anything not meant to be in an asshole (come, lube, oil, lotion, w/e) can cause infection if there are even the tiniest minute tears in the rectum. Also, do we know for sure that werewolves can't contract diseases at all, or just that they won't get sick? Could a wolf who contracts something like syphilis or chlamydia carry the virus, but not get sick from it, therefore passing it on to a partner, like something dormant? The mechanics of werewolf healing are unclear - it's really not a huge deal in TW fic for me, but I don't think we can definitively say that there is absolutely no way a werewolf could pass on an STI to a human he's buttfucking.

(I swear I don't spend that much of my free time thinking about this...)
