Came here to say this too, although my guilty pleasure also extends to women taking care of men when they're very sick and feverish from random illness in addition to just being wounded.

Haha. It's even worse when the guy is normally super stoic and the injury/illness renders him totally helpless and vulnerable. It's soooo cliche and yet I eat it up like nothing else.
