Honestly, I don't get all the people saying they only see OC fiction in these fandoms. The first Elder Scrolls fic I can name off the top of my head is a novel length one that almost entirely focused on canon chars in Morrowind. What the OP complained othe fandoms lack is out there in droves, they clearly just haven't bothered to look that far.
