I don't see why not. It may not be a specific title or have a fandom of the conventional sense but it's fandom-related and the front page has always stated that general fandom topics and fandom-related secrets are allowed.

Besides, book clubs are kind of a fandom. People clearly have a lot of feelings on reading books.
