Usually when I see the ellipses like that at the end of the sentence, I always read it as a "uh...do not really want" type deal. And that's because, more times than not, that's usually what the commenter means.

I've seen that so many times when I've been on forums when it comes to topics that have a divided fanbase.

And that's why I answered as such.

Same, I get so confused when people insist that ellipsis are positive things, like my aunt. I mean, "I look forward to seeing you soon..." looks like the exact opposite!
