SW: diarrhea

At about 3 PM, I had an 800-calorie meal. From about 4-5 PM, I had diarrhea. (I did not intentionally induce it or anything. I don't even know how to do that.) How many of those calories did I lose? In the future, is there any way I can -- even roughly -- calculate calorie loss by diarrhea, based on time after eating and/or amount eaten?

This is slightly different I guess, but the (few) times I've gotten drunk enough to throw up I usually put down only half the calories of whatever I ate or drank on my calorie counting site.

I've never bothered trying to find out what it would actually be, mostly because I don't know if there's a way to find out. I just guestimate.

If I were you I'd guestimate to about 3/4, just because I feel like if it's diarrhea it's at least sort of gone through the system...? But man IDK I'm basically just making up shit here.

No idea about the calories, but it's really easy to get dehydrated when you have diarrhea. Drink moar.

Had gastro last week. It was shit.
