If your depression/stress/anxiety works anything like mine, though, not having showered could easily become an excuse for not going anywhere if an opportunity to do so showed up. Also, what the others said.

(Internet hugs if you want them. I have to really push myself to get in the shower some days, so I feel you. Obviously I can't know how you feel, but, well, depression sucks.)
