I went full circle with this scene, in a way. Had all the feels for both Kaa and Shere Khan (and to a lesser extent, Bagheera), and loved his scenes with Mowgli, but I didn't interpret is as sexual so much as gloriously mind-control and sketchy!villain until I came across something as an adult about people interpreting Kaa as a pedophile. I was so confused it was probably cute. I mean, I first saw Kaa long before I knew what a pedophile was, and hadn't thought about that movie in sooo long. Looking back, I can definitely see where people got that idea. But I still think he's great.
