It's a little hard to search for what you want, but it's been the central repository for just about every mind control story out there since 1996. Men controlling women, women controlling men, men controlling men, women controlling women, men and women being controlled by ancient mystic artifacts, consensual couples having fun with hypnosis, brutal sociopaths erasing minds... whatever permutation you're looking for, it's there. If you want to search for your personal kinks in more detail, there's an experimental interface for it at gregariousfrog.com/svengali -- I'm fond of it, but nowhere near all the stories have been tagged yet.
There's more variety in picture archive sites, but my main go-to is hypnopics-collective.net. They also have a very good message board -- one of the major ones for the kink. (The others I'd recommend are mcforum.net and mcgarden.org -- there's a lot of overlap between the three sites.) There's recently been a chan-style board set up at sleepymaid.com/chan, but it's kind of low traffic so far.
There's also a lot of sites for individual artists, authors, and image manipulators out there -- you can probably find plenty of links on the three boards I mentioned. I could easily recommend some of my favorite authors and stories, but that might be better suited for the message boards, and everybody's tastes are different anyway.
