That looks like the same actress with different makeup. Is it?

I believe the one on the left is Dana Delany and the one on the right is Sarah Rafferty?

Love Rafferty in Suits, but I've only seen Delany in Desperate Housewives, sorry OP!

They don't really look particularly alike.

They have different jawlines, and differently shaped eyebrows.

The eyes themselves look a bit different, too, but the one on the right is wearing very heavy makeup, so they might not be as different as they look.

They do have similar lines around the mouth, but that's about it.

I thought the same thing until I read kamino_neko's comment and went back to the picture and really looked.
