Uh... you realize this secret contains information that could be used to identify the person in question, right? And unless you had a lot of company doing the exact same thing, she could probably then link it back to you?

Are you trying to force yourself to admit it by creating the threat of someone else telling her? Tell her in the most passive and indirect way possible? Maybe you're a third person trying to sabotage the friendship for some reason?
