I can not understand the "ugly Scott" idea. Yeah, his jaw is not symmetrical, but the rest of his face is pure cuteness and his body is gorgeous.

That cast is pure eye candy. Even the older generation. Allison's dad would be considered major slashbait in any other show.

Seriously. Have these people SEEN Scott? Boy is GORGEOUS. I sincerely assume that the only way you find him unattractive is if you are racist - he doesn't have perfect good looks (see: the jawline), so you can't even pull the "I don't like conventionally attractive guys" thing.

Eh, one thing I've discovered about fandom is that they are really nitpicky and unforgiving about actors and actresses looks. I can't even begin to count the number of "FUGLY" secrets about gorgeous actors and actresses I've read over the years. The least flaw gets magnified by a billion. You'd think that Cumberbatch looked like the creature from the black lagoon if you went by fandom's judgement.

Personally, I don't get it.

I think Allison's dad is Martouf/Lantesh from SG-1 (he's the guy with the BLUE eyes right?)...I don't recall a lot of slash there, but then he was canonically interested in Sam(antha) and Gatefans tend to be more gen-focused anyway.
