And that is not inherently a bad thing. Only imposing on others is. Liking is most certainly not.

This, really. The problem with established gender roles isn't what they are; it's that they're so established that for a long time it wasn't (and often still isn't) ok to see gender roles any other way.

This, pretty much. Liking something is okay, imposing what you like on others is not okay. It's really that simple, no matter what fandom wank-baiters (and certain conservative pundits) would have you believe.
