Lots of things, actually.

Credit card numbers, rootkits/malware distribution tools, attack software, child pornography... and that's not counting things like internal data (such as payroll information and stuff)

It's actually not the first time something like this has happened at my company- two years ago an accountant got caught downloading some stolen credit card numbers (and got fired).
