Well, no, Steve isn't likely to become a technophile or anything like that. But I do think he'd make an effort to learn the things that are useful - the practical if not the fun parts of computers/the Internet and cell phones, and definitely some of the new military tech.

He'd definitely struggle more with social changes, though. I think he'd like some of it, but even if something new sounds good, it doesn't make it any less bewildering. And there's things he definitely wouldn't be impressed with.
