I'm ok. I didn't end up henna-ing my hair today like I was going to because I had a PT appointment this afternoon which wasn't on the calendar (a reschedule). I mixed up my paste last night and was all set to use it when I was informed I actually had to go out. And I'm seeing a show tonight (Eugene O'Neill's Bound East for Cardiff, The Long Journey Home, and The Moon of the Caribees) so I couldn't do it after PT. Tomorrow's a better day for it overall, though.
