*shrugs* It's inevitable, really, so don't worry about it
And if you deal with a LOT of characters in a variety of fandoms, you'll eventually find one that'll make you go "...did the author somehow write me into this on accident?" without even trying or projecting yourself onto them. (For me, this is Darcy Lewis in Avengers fandom - I've mildly identified singular traits with other characters before, but a mostly-mellow-with-bursts-of-energy unemployed Political Science student with an interest in quantum physics and a penchant for self-defense, background perception, and some measure of admin skills? I feel like I should sue somebody.)
Don't worry too much about it too much, OP. Extrapolation and identification are all part of the fun. If you write fic, you might have to work to make sure you're not inserting your entire self into the fic, but otherwise you'll probably see individual traits of yourself in a lot of your characters, if not all of them. :)
