I'm an animation student and I feel lucky to say that I haven't experienced any of that at the place I'm going to. It seems like everyone likes all of those studios for various reasons and nobody has given anyone crap for liking one over the others as far as I've seen. *shrugs* maybe I'm just lucky or maybe where you are it's particularly bad?
