Maybe because they are small? Or maybe because they are slightly different sizes or angles (hard to tell considering the way she's leaning in the picture) - no more, certainly, than any other person's boobs, but they may have stood out to your friend if she's not used to seeing real boobs on real people, as most media insists all women have perfectly equal, symmetrical breasts.
